If your church will be selecting a new organ, I will personally assist you and your congregation. We have designed over 150 Allen organ installations in area churches, colleges, and schools. Several of these installations have been custom Allen organs which I have had the privilege of designing, including the four manual, 136-stop Schantz / Allen combination organ of Central Baptist Church, Bearden in Knoxville. Whether you are looking for a small two manual instrument for worship or practice to a large custom Allen with pipes, you will receive the same level of dedication and commitment from me and our staff.

In addition to my duties here, I have been a church musician for nearly 30 years, and am a graduate of Carson Newman College. Besides being active in the music ministry at a local church, I'm also a member of the Knoxville American Guild of Organists and the Knoxville Choral Society. When I do get some leisure time, I can usually be found on one of our area lakes fishing from my Carolina Skiff.

CHIEF TECHNICIAN BARRY ROBERTSON
Barry has been the head piano tuner and technician for Heritage Piano since 1993 and has been a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) member of the Piano Technicians Guild for over 30 years.

During the early 1980's, Barry was the concert tuner and head technician for the University of Tennessee School of Music. In addition to providing in-home piano tuning services for Heritage customers, Barry also maintains the pianos of a select clientele of churches, schools, professional musicians, teachers and private owners in the metro Knoxville area.

Barry is able to understand the performance requirements of both the high quality pianos he services and the piano owner. He transforms the oftentimes esoteric wants, desires, and expectations of the piano owner into the tangible and measurable results of maximum playability and beautiful tone quality.
